Notes from recent Tremulus game

I recently ran a session of the Tremulus RPG, a game using the 'powered by the Apocalypse' engine in a mythos horror setting (you can find a write-up of the session here - the game went really well despite having had minimal prep put into it; to show how little prep went into it i've put below all my prep notes for the game.
